15.01.2022 Model A Ford radiator. Tank off cleanout. Found the overheating issues Customer will be happy. Yet another vintage machine keeping it's cool thanks to the best place to take a leak

11.01.2022 85 k100 BMW motorcycle radiator. Original radiator is acting more like a heatsink than a heat exchanger. Customer tells us that the longer he rides even in cold weather it gets uncomfortably hot & no go when in traffic. Apparently by the sound of it these bikes are prone to this problem. The original core is using 4rows of tubes. After diagnosing the problem it is too thick and not getting good air flow either by forced air when riding or by the fan when stopped or crawling a...long. We cooked up this little beast of a core that will be thermally more efficient due to the one large tube and low pressure drop fins. Now time to fabricate all these tricky bits like in-tank thermostat housing (what were BMW thinking ) and slightly larger tanks for that little extra capacity! Custom one of a kind radiators? 08.01.2022 Well there's your problem Can't say we've ever seen a tank explode like this but here it is wow! This hilux overheated pulling a load uphill then this happened. We will get it sorted because that's what we do & do it best!!
