06.01.2022 The Big Boing is Back!!! Reopening Monday 22nd June 9am. Booking is essential. We have made some important changes to the way we operate to comply with COVID- 19 restrictions and ensure the wellbeing of our customers and staff. Sessions start from 9am and are running for 60 minutes then you have 15 minutes to leave the venue, so cleaning and sanitising can be done and then next session can start on time. You will not be able enter the park until 15 minutes before your ...start time, even if you arrive early due to capacity of numbers. Capacity has been restricted to allow for current guidelines for each area of the Big Boing including spectators. Any jumpers 12 or under must be accompanied by a paying guardian over the age of 16. If accompanying guardian chooses not to be jumping, we have created a spectator ticket that needs to be purchased to account for limited number of customers allowed in the venue.

05.01.2022 The Big Boing is still open and we have had many questions from our customers regarding what we are doing to maintain hygiene. Ensuring hand sanitising is available for patrons and staff Increased daytime cleaning of all high-frequency touch points more often in addition to regular cleaning procedures. After hours cleaning of The Big Boing... Keeping enough space between you and other people to reduce exposure to any risk We have instigated a no touch policy as part of the Federal Health Authorities keeping a safe distance measure - our usual high fives will be replaced with big smiles and virtual high fives No entry for anyone showing symptoms or who has travelled overseas in the past We are screening our staff to ensure they are all fighting fit for work We understand that these are troubling times especially for all small business on the Sunny Coast and customers. All business needs support until such time as they are not able to open due government regulations. We need to keep workers employed, as long as possible in these times. Please keep supporting business on the Sunny Coast, as long as possible, as we need businesses to survive after this is all over. 03.01.2022 Update for The Big Boing with regards to the Government directives to minimise exposure and ensure public gatherings for indoor venues are less than 100. We have limited any one hour jumping time to a maximum of 40 people, leaving space for guardians and staff to be in the venue as well. Each area of the park will have a limited number of people jumping or using it at one time to minimise being in close proximity of other jumpers and guardians. Please check our booking o...nlines or call before coming, as we do have birthday parties booked, so you are not turned away due to maximum capacity. Our venue is over 1600 square metres and with only 40 people jumping will provide plenty of room to jump and not come in close proximity to other jumpers. We are staying open for the public at this time, as long as people continue to come to the venue. Once again we urge people to support all the small businesses on the Sunshine Coast at this stage. Schools are still open, so Big Boing is still open. As per our previous post re hygiene everything is being done to keep the park hygienically clean. .
