01.01.2022 No matter what angle you look at it him, Kimba’s Big Galah is Big. Big boned. Big personality. Big tourist attraction. The Big Galah is turning 30 and it’s tim...e he had a BIG spruce up. I have some big ideas and I’m keen to give this spunky cocky a fresh new look. Of course this is a big job so the grant writing has begun. Showing evidence of public support for this project will strengthen the application, we have support letters from important local groups but just for fun I’m keen to hear what the public think. The Big Galah would appreciate your words of encouragement and support no matter where in the world you are but especially Kimba and the Eyre Peninsula. If you are happy for your comments or private messages to be used in the application please mention where you are from, why you support the idea and perhaps also how you would support the project....ie would it encourage you to visit Kimba again, would you have a newfound enthusiasm to road trip S.A. , would you get involved in any hands on creativity, would you share the news to encourage others to visit?
