01.01.2022 "Pick a goal with your heart, and let your passion fuel it until it's completion" As I polished my sunglasses this morning at the rowing shed I took a moment to set my mind to my next upcoming opportunity to competitively row. There is just something about the strategy, the mental strength, the fitness and a whole lot of heart that it takes to cross that finish line. A strong mindset since cancer has not only seen me accomplish many amazing things in rowing. It has also helpe...d me (and sometimes surprised me) to reach a whole new level of self confidence in knowing that what ever I set my heart on achieving that the goal is always achievable.
