23.01.2022 Trio Grande Sweet sweet Soul n" dirty Blues. Feat: Jane Hilson (vocals) Brian Fitzgerald (guitar) Peter Hodges (drums)... Mike St Clair Miller (bass) And special guest Chris Molnar (harp and vocals) We are a Melbourne Based 3 4, or 5 piece delivering the blues and serving earthy, deep soul groove. It’s gritty, it’s stylish. There are times when it’s flat out down n’ dirty. It will always earth your soul and supercharge your mojo. The instrumentals and vocal songs that comprise the set list sit neatly in that classic era that gave us some of the best mid-century blues n' grooves Etta James, Koko Taylor and Dinah Washington interspersed with the likes of Booker T, Junior Wells, Big Mama Thornton and Big Maybelle. The experience is evident in the musicianship of this collection of players. The band wears the joy of gigging live on its sleeve and this only further enhances the connection between the band and audience. Everyone in the room will go home feeling more alive and more soulful for the experience.

This Sat 6pm at The Charles Weston.... Swanky beer garden with wooden tables, astro turf, shipping container stage and all the top shelf trimmings you'd expect in a Brunswick Beer garden. It'll be some sweet, sweet respite from this cray cray Christmas business. See ya there, Lovers... PS....
