Currently we are pursuing a bike frame manufacture in Taiwan in order to keep the costs down for our customers. 15.01.2022 Good morning Bike Chair family! We apologize for the delay in responses regarding the Bike Chair over the past months, but exciting things have been progressing behind the scenes. Attached are some photos of the bike chairs being designed by our contacts on the Sunshine Coast. We’ve been investigating several different retailers and engineers but are still researching the best way to make the Bike Chair affordable for the families who need it. Additionally, we’re looking into ways to make the front chair as comfortable as possible and suitable for a wide range of special needs. Please bear with us during this process, and we look forward to keeping you updated!

12.01.2022 Hi Bike Chair supporters! We are still working on the design and manufacture of The Bikechair and haven’t been able to sell them in any country yet. Prices are still to be determined. Since my grandfather built the very first Bikechair for my grandmother (not realising the amount of interest it would bring) we have been trying to get them out to people such as yourself. Unfortunately, the process of getting them designed and built for sale has been slower than we thought, ...but we are making progress! Please keep checking our facebook for any updates and hopefully we will have some more information for you soon. Thank you for your ongoing patience!

In early November, Bill and Debbie Vine (the owners of the Bike Chair domain and company) travelled to Taiwan for the annual Taipei International Bicycle Show, the world-leading bicycle trade conference. The purpose of this trip was to meet with various experts in the field and investigate any potential business companions for the Bike Chair internationally, as manufacturing in Australia is simply too expensive. They were blessed enough to make an excellent contact through the bicycle show, who is currently working on two dimensional drawings as we speak. We so appreciate your patience and cannot wait to keep you updated with further news.
