12.06.2022 Merry Xmas everyone! The team at TBL wish everyone a safe festive period. Look after yourself and those around you! We look forward to being back in the New Year on the 4th Jan!

07.06.2022 WE ARE HIRING! If you are our next Medical Receptionist, or know someone who would be great for this role, please get in touch.

02.06.2022 As explained in the previous videos, our ability to accurately measure the biomechanics of how you move is dependent on reflective markers applied to landmarks of your foot, ankle, knee, hip, pelvis and thorax. We apply up to 64 markers to your body to describe how you move. This provides us a level of unprecedented detail that is not possible with standard 2D video gait analysis commonly seen in practice. Take a look at it all in action.

23.05.2022 Take a look at how we approach individualised footwear for all of our patients. All of our podiatrists believe in prescribing the appropriate footwear for each patient, and we are lucky enough to continue to work with shoe companies such as ASICS to test and measure comfort of their shoes.

11.05.2022 The last segment of our 3-part series explains the data that we collect post Gait Analysis, in real time with the reflective markers and the report.

25.01.2022 We are still looking for participants, particularly females. So if you're interested be sure to register!

20.01.2022 Netballers - are you ready to return to the court? We have something in store for you Tuesday...and we are a little excited. Watch this space.

16.01.2022 Check out what we got up to in the TBL Running Lab today with #teamtempo athlete Riley Cocks. Testing different types of footwear and looking at the biomechanical functions, power and performance... We are not your typical podiatry practice. #theTBLdifference #sportspodiatry

14.01.2022 **LAB NEWS** Unfortunately the Run Lab will be closed for the next three weeks. We are renovating our space and installing new technology to ensure we continue to remain one of the leading biomechanics facilities in the country, providing our patients with the very best analysis and rehabilitation care possible. In addition to our complex orthopaedic service (foot, ankle, knee and hip), we will have improved capacity for paediatric gait analysis, jump landing (ACL rehab) and change of direction. It’s an exciting time at TBL. Rest assured we will be back bigger and better than ever on August 3. Watch this space.
