Next week is going be huge with our Black Bee friends Thewildermothsmusic pitching camp in the beer garden for a night of classics with a twist - not to be missed!... We'll also have the usual treats for everyone including full dinner menu, new release tap beers, new cocktails, FIVE new small-batch gins - and plenty of room in the beer garden, bee's deck and inside without having to book! We can't wait to see you all!!

22.01.2022 It’s The Black Bee’s 1st Birthday! Can you believe one whole year has passed since we opened the doors to The Black Bee? We can’t. It has been the most incredible year with so many highs. We have loved every minute we have spent with all our wonderful customers who have come to visit our little bar. We had BIG plans for a grand celebration and know that although we had to temporarily put these plans on hold, we will celebrate at a later date when restrictions have eased.... Again, we’d love to send out a huge thank you to all our loyal customers, friends and family for all your support during the year. 16.01.2022 We'd like to thank everyone who came along to our Christmas Eve-Eve event! Jacobs BBQ got there at 6am to get the fire roaring in the smoker and the meats on, ensuring some of the tastiest, juiciest brisket and ribs we've ever seen. It would appear that Aaron did something right as you loved them so much they sold out in just over an hour!! Let us know if you'd like to see Jacobs BBQ back at The Bee in January for some more slow-cooked delights!... Nat and Harry also provided the perfect soundtrack to our festive evening and we can't wait to have them back! We're can't wait to see you all this Saturday - we're back with some incredible new beers, new gins, live music, and delicious food from our friends at Belliful Of Bliss. 14.01.2022 Throwback Thursday Long summer afternoons on the Bee's Deck seem like a lifetime ago! Last summer we enjoyed so many great gins but this cracker from our friends at That Spirited Lot on the Mornington Penninsula was a favourite of our customers all summer long. Tasting Notes Dense and creamy opening aromas of dried grass and cheesecake followed by earthy juniper, dried pine needles and lemon peel. Creamy, relaxed mouth feel with juniper in spades, nicely balanced in a... sustained, vibrant, tangy finish. Late hints of lemonade gelato through the aftertaste. Bring on this summer when we're back from our break and the sun's shining and 2020 is a distant memory!

Last night we were lucky enough to host the legends at KO Lifestyle & Fitness for the Christmas party, entertained by local legend, Jonathan Collins with delicious food by our friends at Belliful Of Bliss. Everyone had their dancing shoes on and a serious thirst for Espresso Martinis and Cosmopolitans! Thanks for celebrating with us and we glad you had a blast!...
