If you have a barbell and wanna give this a go, the prescribed weight for males goes from 42.5kg 60kg and for the females 30kg 42.5kg.... 08.01.2022 This workout was definitely a favourite from last week!! There is a 30min cap, but a few people got close to sub 20min Anyone think they can go sub 20min?? All u need is a DB and you can give it a go "Workout info"... At the 00:00 u must start with 12 jump lunges and then u can begin your DB squats. Every min from there onwards u must complete 12 jump lunges till you have completed your 100 DB squats. You may hold the DB in any format of your choice. Once u have completed your squats and move onto your burpees, your EMOM then becomes sit ups and so on... #homegym #crossfit #fitness #program #athome #burpee #squat #timecap #tbbm
