25.01.2022 I just heard this statement - 'That relationship ended WAY harsh ... As in THERAPY harsh'. Relationships ending are never easy, but needing to go to therapy isn...'t a result of just a relationship ending! It's always a culmination of things that have been going on within, and sometimes, it takes an event to push you over the edge, or very close to the edge. Therapy can be something that can bring about an amazing learning experience about yourself and also about others around you. Understanding yourself before ending a relationship ... or even before beginning a relationship ... can ultimately change the emotional outcome (especially within). Blessings Shannyn See more

13.01.2022 They brought balloons to a school. One was given to every student, who had to inflate it, write their name on it and throw it in the hallway. The professors the...n mixed all the balloons. The students were given 5 minutes to find their own balloon. Despite a hectic search, no one found their balloon. At that point the professors told the students to take the first balloon that they found and hand it to the person whose name was written on it. Within 5 minutes everyone had their own balloon. The professors said to the students: These ballons are like happiness. We will never find it if everyone is looking for their own. But if we care about other people's happiness... we'll find ours too."

12.01.2022 For anyone struggling with something bigger than yourself. If you start plucking tares, youre gonna pull up wheat. Sometimes it takes more faith to let God s...ort it out [...] God wants His battle back. God wants His battle back. Its too big for you. 12.01.2022 As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, healthcare workers are desperately seeking personal protective equipment (PPE), which is in short supply. although many people have been creating reusable fabric masks, which the centers for disease control and prevention (CDC) has recommended to help slow the spread of the virus, a key group have been excluded from this movement: the deaf and hard of hearing. to help change this, ashley lawrence a college student studying education for the deaf and hard of hearing has designed a face mask with a clear window that allows others to see and read lips and facial expressions.

09.01.2022 McGyvering a shower into my new abode. Updates and pics soon of how I have adjusted from living a very independent life, in a unit with my teen daughter, on the Sunshine Coast (Qld) to... Fitting my life (and hobbies; and domestic abilities/freedoms) into a double garage (which had been converted into a hair-design studio) in central NSW, now dependant on my eldest daughter and co. The transition is real lol. Every day Im realising things are changing in one way or many. Interestingly, Ive always wanted to live in a tiny house and now Im working on a template of my living area so it can be transferable to other double garages in the case that we/I have to love again.

06.01.2022 Clarifying the values you have can help you toward effective time management and may help you reduce stress. You might have values such as, career, health, sp...irituality, fitness, family, creativity, cleanliness, security, honesty etc. Make a list of your values/priorities from most to least important and then evaluate your long-term, medium term and short-term goals to see if your time is effective in order to fulfil these goals. Here's an an example: Values from most to least important - Faith, Family, Health, Friends, Security, Career Long term goals - 1) To own a home with some land and be self-sufficient; 2) To enjoy an interesting retirement with friends who like fancy coffee and adventures. Medium term goals - 1) To buy the house I am in now; 2) Join some groups to find people who have same interests as me Short term goals - 1) Save 10% of my income for a deposit; 2) Get my motorbike license as an interest Now I would do a daily log of my time for one week and evaluate what is not helping me achieve my goals and then make some adjustments. Now why not you give it a go =) Sometimes the hardest part of the journey is believing you're worthy of the trip. Glenn Beck, The Christmas Sweater Blessings Shannyn
