24.01.2022 Help me out please gang! I ordered this fabric from my printer a few weeks ago, it was labelled rose gold leopard. The rose gold parts have turned out more skin coloured... and Let’s just say, when I opened it, I noticed certain patterns that i now can’t unsee Given I sell stuff with swear words all over it, using this fabric prob isn’t that far of a stretch from my branding but I’m just not convinced...I think it might be a bit too crass even for me. Should I use this fabric? Is phallic leopard print a thing??? Let me know please!!

09.01.2022 New patterns for Floral Makeup Wipes chopped up today! The picture isn’t the most curated photo... but I needed to document the fact that I am slowly but surely mastering the art of roller cutting. Whilst it prob doesn’t mean much to anyone except me, im bloody proud of myself and I haven’t cut any fingers off yet! Roller cutting for the win!

07.01.2022 Not the most exciting photo... but evidence that handmade businesses really mean HANDMADE!! I received my weekly 50kg order of magnesium salt yesterday. It must have been at the bottom of the pallet because it was compressed like a cement block! So I had to break it all up with a drill and a mallet, then sieve ALL FIFTY KILOS of it to get out any of the hard lumps. Where else can you buy hand sieved bath soak other than The Bliss Cartel??

05.01.2022 I’ve gained a lot of new followers since the last one of these posts... so here’s round 2 of 10 random facts about me! 1. I HATE wearing my hair out. It feels like I’m drowning in hair. The only exception to this is as soon as I’ve left the hairdresser. Any other time- hair is up. 2. I am a sufferer of pretty hectic anxiety. Sometimes I can’t go places and I can’t do things. Mostly I can manage it but there is some days I need to just hide at home. 3. I hate the ocean. Yep,... I said it. If I never went to the beach again in my life I’d be fine with it. Sand is shit. 4. I second guess myself ALL THE TIME. Despite being outwardly confident, I’m not. At all. 5. I constantly question my abilities as a mum. 6. I think coriander is the devils food 7. I am terrified of mice. I actually sat on my kitchen bench once and made my husband come home from work because there was a dead mouse on the floor that my cat brought in. 8. I am shit at cleaning. I have a cleaner each week because I prioritise everything BUT cleaning 9. Starting my own business and having the courage to back myself (with ALOT of pep talks from my hubby) was the best thing I ever did 10. I’m genuinely still excited at every sale I get, 3 years in. I recognise return customers at markets, and I recognise return customers names online. Every single order makes me smile :) See more

02.01.2022 I keep thinking I’d like to open an actual store. I have no idea where, but I do know that whenever I do open a store, this chair will become mine. Wandered through an antique store today and spent eleventy billion dollars in my head- so many amazing retro and vintage things!
