22.01.2022 I’m passionately hoping all the great kids who went through the Step Up program with me back in 2016, are able to call on these tools to help support their mental health and general wellbeing, through this very challenging year This reminder in my socials today was a powerful energy shifter for me ... This program was actually the catalyst for me revisiting my passion for aromatherapy and the power of aroma/cognitive recall ...... Step Up was quite unique at the time and it taught a powerful way to support positive mental health in tweens throughout challenging situations and everyday real life; sadly what I saw, week after week was a disconnect between the session and home life for these amazing courageous souls ... You see, we can learn ALL the things, we can practice them and we can hope to live them daily but often when we’re faced with our ‘real life’, the challenges, the ups and downs, the normal ‘stuff’ it can be hard to recall those processes we’ve learnt, the ones we know will help ... I knew, without a doubt that using aroma whilst sharing the processes would make a greater impact and insure the recall was easy and the techniques would have greater impact. We use aroma to anchor lots of processes and I teach these processes everyday ... They have never failed! The other amazing thing about aroma and our brains is the intrinsic way they support each other. Aroma can easily recall memories from years ago, and those memories are ALWAYS accompanied by the feelings you had at that time. Aroma has a clever way of interacting with our neural pathways to boost feelings and emotions and to shift you into better feeling thoughts, almost instantly ... Over 25 years of using and working with essential oils, I have tried ALL the brands. There are some beautiful oils out there but the truth is, the power is in the potency and the purity is far stronger when oils are sourced from where a plant or flower has been growing for centuries. The oils I choose to use are sourced ethically and sustainably from where they were first discovered and that makes the earth they are grown in nurturing and nourishing. Pure essential oils are the only oils you should use and you should source them through someone who has experience using and prescribing them. Someone who has the time and passion to teach you how to receive the greatest impact, safely and effectively. But it’s sometimes easier said than done and energy has a powerful way of weaving it’s vibration into your energetic ...field and wreaking havoc ... We’ve all got that one friend who drains us every time we meet, don’t we? So imagine how awesome it would be to have an instant fix To shift that heavy feeling right away To lift your vibe and feel instantly lighter I have great tools and techniques that I use and share with my clients and customers, but the one I use the most myself and with my family, to navigate and support these shifts, is pure, therapeutic grade essential oils. Why do we so often navigate through life with no h...elp when so much help is available? I love being intuitively aligned. I love knowing my intuition is guiding me, my gut instinct is strong, my inner essence is seeking the path best taken now. But there are times where change is rapid, it’s fraught with challenge and insecurity in the decisions we make.
