06.01.2022 Our biltong comes in two styles and two flavours. For those who like the flavour of the beef to be the standout then the original is your go too but if you like things with a little heat then our mild but still punchy chilli flavour should hit the spot. As for style that really depends on how long you like to savour the taste. The soft eating biltong is just that, air dried till it's perfectly soft and not like an old pair of old leather boots and sliced ...thinly into strips that are soft and slightly moist. Our Stokkies are thicker strips of beef that are dried till harder and require a bit more chewing and thus longer enjoyment of the flavours. Whats your favourite flavour and style of biltong?
