25.01.2022 Recovery Smoothie Can’t beat an iced smoothie for an afternoon snack or post workout out! Protein to help muscle recovery and aid protein synthesis. Carbs to help restore muscle glycogen hydration benefits of milk providing electrolytes, plus calcium for bone health ... 08.01.2022 Need to get back on track after #IsoLife? . @the.mama.daze UNLUCKY FOR SOME || Well... me!Given how much I was puffing by the end of a netball court #shuttlerun workout while Noah was at soccer training After a day of errands & sourcing lighting for the house, I was SO tempted to sit in the warm car & do nothing ......
