19.01.2022 Pepper Group (PEP) receives takeover approach from KKR private equity for $3.60. TBF owns PEP as a core holding since earlier this year at $2.75 entry price. We estimate 38c eps this CY2017 and value the business over $4.50. If KKR takeover succeeds it would be daylight robbery!
