All the hype of not lifting restrictions due to COVID hasnt effected our little treasure at all and we are still open for 2 sittings from 5pm to 6.50pm & 7pm to close Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights!! 22.01.2022 Dear our loved Bodhi Family. It’s with a heavy heart that we unfortunately have to make the decision to close the Bodhi Tree until COVID restrictions are lifted. There are many reasons for this, but our main reasoning is solely to keep our staff and you - our loyal customers - safe and healthy. After last weekend we were extremely happy to see that our locals have taken this latest lockdown seriously however from a small business perspective it is no longer financially and ...mentally viable for us to remain open. In order for the Bodhi to thrive after the restrictions are lifted there is no other option. We love you all and we will miss you all terribly BUT we know that you will all continue to support us in the near future. Stay safe. The Bodhi Crew

17.01.2022 WARNING QUITE A LONG POST!! What a ride we have all been on over the past few months BUT hopefully it is almost over!! Firstly we would like to say a HUGE thankyou to all our loyal customers who have supported us by buying takeaways over the past few weeks. We bloody LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!! And secondly we have some exciting news - our gorgeous and quaint little treasure of a restaurant will be open from 5pm next Thursday ( 11th June) As you would all know there are quite a few ...rules and regulations that the Bodhi Crew have to abide by (a 30 page document to be exact) so we thought we would explain what some of these changes are and what we are NOT allowed to do come next Thursday: ** We are allowed to have a maximum of 20 people per enclosed area with a 1 customer per 4 metre rule - so this means we can have only 18 customers in our inside area and 8 in our undercover area outside (blankets and heaters provided!) We must also restrict our table sizes to only 6 customers per table. ** You can only be served alcohol if you are eating a meal. ** You must provide your name and town (not address) and a contact mobile phone number upon arrival (or tracing purposes). ** Bookings are ESSENTIAL due to our limited seats. We would hate to turn people away if they do not have a booking. Call 03 5962 4407 to make a booking. ** We will be open Thursday to Saturday from 5pm to 9pm with two sittings each night. First sitting will be from 5pm to 7pm and the second sitting from 7pm to 9pm. Takeaway will still be open and can be collected through our front window. ** After much consideration we have decided to have a restricted menu (which we will post next week) and only be serving our delicious woodfired pizza's, pasta and our new winter starters. This decision is purely a financial one and I hope you all understand our decision not to include mains on the menu at this stage (but they are coming when the next lot of restrictions are lifted!) The Bodhi Crew can not thank you enough for all your support during this extraordinary time and we cant wait to see your gorgeous smiling faces again soon. P.S. You maybe wondering why we are not open this weekend as restrictions were lifted 2 days ago???? Well to be completely honest the Boss Lady has decided that she needs a girls weekend up the river after all the home schooling, grant writing, ATO conferences and housework she has had to do over the past 10 weeks!! We think that's fair so have given her the weekend off!!

17.01.2022 Evening our gorgeous Bodhi Family. What a year 2020 has been so far Fires have ravaged our gorgeous country and now we tackle our next hurdle - the dreaded Virus!! As a small family business who operates to serve our loyal customers we will be OPEN as usual from Wednesday. We are taking this newest health concern very seriously and can assure you all that all health and safety precautions will be taken to ensure a safe and germ free environment for our staff and customers.... All tables and areas (door handles etc) will be constantly disinfected, toilet areas will be cleaned on the hour, hand sanitiser will be dispensed on arrival and departure for our customers, our kids room has had all toys removed however the blackboard is still functional , our crockery, cutlery and glass wear will be double hot washed and we will try to spread our customers out over the restaurant and beer garden. Tomorrow the Bodhi crew will discuss home deliveries starting next week - in the meantime all take away pizzas can be collected from the front take away window. Its going to be a testing few weeks or potentially months here in Australia so lets be extra kind to everyone, look after those who need help and support and lastly lets try not to stress to much about it!! IT WILL PASS AND LIFE WILL GO BACK TO NORMAL! (Eventually ) Much love THE BODHI CREW

Our pizzas are wood fired not done in a commercial oven so we can only cook 5 pizzas at a time - so your waiting time maybe a little longer if we are busy!! But we have have a stern word to Patsy and told her that she can forget about getting Bodhi Crew Employee of the Month if she pulls that stunt again during service!!
