25.01.2022 Who knew there was a day to celebrate the wonderful work of dietitians?! We certainly didn't! Luckily we found out in time to say huge Happy Dietitian Day to our amazing Deeni! Her passion to help her clients live a happier healthier life is infectious and we love having her as part of the Bod Squad team. So Happy Dietitian's Day Deeni. We think you are the best! ... #weloveourdietitian #deeniisthebest #happydietitiansday #celebratingdeeni

21.01.2022 Well isn't our world turning fast. With all this uncertainty I wanted to let you know that we are classed as medical and at this stage still open and will continue to stay open until advised by our association. To keep everyone safe we will be returning to our open door policy and ask all patients to wait in their car until called to come in so as to minimise contact with other patients within the clinic. Remember if you have any symptoms or believe you have been in contact with someone who is potentially infected please get tested and stay home. It's important we keep all of SA safe and come through this quickly and together.

15.01.2022 Check your inbox today cause we've got news!

14.01.2022 How’s your workday going? Have to say, next to seeing the beautiful faces of my patients, this view isn’t too bad! #newoffice #makingthemostofit #stillhavesomechocolateleft #staycoolstaysafestayhome

13.01.2022 Happy Father’s Day to all the Dads, Granddads, Stepdads, Soon to be Dads, Uncles or Friends who fill the roles of Dads. We appreciate all your heavy lifting.

13.01.2022 With COVID, like most Aussie households, I’ve been spending time browsing the internet and making a purchase or two. I wonder what the Postie bought us in this HUGE box . Any ideas? #covidshopping #whatsinthebox #takeaguess

05.01.2022 Well I said everything was turning fast but I didn’t think that fast! Since my last post we have found out that Allied Health is unable to operate during our Covid Circuit Break except via Telehealth so we are sorry to say that for the next 6 days there is no chiropractic or massage available for our patients. You can, however, still consult with myself, Deeni or Kirrilly but only via phone or zoom. So know we are still here for you but just differently. We’ll be in touc...h as soon as we have more to share and while the clinic takes a small pause please stay safe with your loved ones close by. Lorraine #forcedbreak #wewillbeback #makethistimecount

04.01.2022 We are super excited to announce we have a new team member at The Bod Squad! Please welcome Kirrilly, our new resident counsellor! After spending many years braving the cold in the north of England, Kirrilly decided her family needed a better (and warmer!) lifestyle so brought them back to her home town of Adelaide. A qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a special interest in teen therapy and women’s empowerment therapy, Kirrilly provides a calm, caring and nurtu...ring environment where you can gain new insights to help move forward in your life. Whether you are looking for short term counselling to help cope with current issues or longer term psychotherapy for issues such as anxiety, traumatic memories or unhealthy relationships, Kirrilly combines a number of counselling and psychology-based approaches to provide you with an approach to suit you. Together, you can develop the tools and strategies to help make real and lasting changes. If you’d like to know more about how Kirrilly could help you or someone you care about then please give the clinic a call.
