19.01.2022 Hi it’s been a while. I just wanted to talk about where I started. A long time ago I idolised fitness models and wanted to look like them but also had about 0 drive. One day I decided it was the day I began slowly by just walking a lot doing some home exercises till I joined a gym. Slowly I started to enjoy it more and started buying programs and eventually getting a few coaches. Eventually I wanted a challenge so I thought about competing. I also thought about getting more k...nowledge and also started studying to be a PT. I joined @graniteconditioning and put every effort possible into my first show walking away with 1st place and some 2nd place trophies I then went to my second show in that season got my INBA PRO card. After that I moved federations and also began working full time as a Pt at Goodlife competed twice more in WBFF and changed gyms. Now I’m at @thebarbrisbane with more knowledge and practice having worked with people from all fitness levels as well as unique injuries and medical requirements. I love what I do and all the people I work with. Now I focus myself on enjoying training reaching goals I set and leading a more balanced lifestyle. 09.01.2022 Not to long ago Janita had some knee surgery. Prior to this she was a avid cyclist did hot yoga and trained (what a weapon!) however after this we had to ease back into training gaining mobility and strength back into the knee. Now we’re back to being as strong as we were hitting 100kg in the trap bar! Great patience and persistence.

06.01.2022 Having a injury or being in pain dosnt mean you can’t train to grow stronger to assist your body in handling your injury. You have to just find new ways to train.

06.01.2022 What a transformation! Extremely proud of @dan_6t1 when we met her core was really a weak spot and deadlifts were definitely not on the menu but with time practice and increasing her overall strength she’s now smashing it. Excellent work!

05.01.2022 Excellent straddle lifts @schwarzie89 I love these as they help with depth and knee tracking for your barbell squats.
