We are a completely enclosed environment, meaning that you are completely isolated from other people. You train one on one with your trainer and no other clients. We offer 60 minute or 30 minute sessions throughout the week, and we're open from early morning until late.... Our boutique studio is large and airy with all the equipment you need to continue with your training schedule. We are adhering very closely to Coronavirus hygiene regulations which means that after each and every session all equipment and surfaces are disinfected.
