21.01.2022 With a heavy heart the time has come to say goodbye. Tomorrow will be our last day as owners of The Boston. We wish the new owners all the best with their future Boston endeavours. We’ve always been humbled by the support of so many, this only made our decision harder. The list of who we need to thank is far too long, you all know who you are. ... 17.01.2022 Homemade Ricotta for our homemade Baked Ricotta Cheescake! In our efforts to minimise wastage as much as possible, we use our left over milk to make homemade Ricotta. This is what our Grandmother’s would’ve done and for very good reason. This beautiful cheese is so versatile and makes all the difference when homemade. ... The left over whey is then used for our slow cooked meats, adding even more depth and complexity to the flavours and helping to tenderise the meat. It’s the little things like this that gives our food that genuine home cooked flavour. See you this week Tess & Uly xx

Tessa worked as the Education Coordinator in areas such as road safety and young worker safety, developing educational programs and training for both you...ng people and those who have an impact on young people’s lives. Now that she is an employer herself, our wonderful young workers couldn’t be in better hands. They bring energy and enthusiasm to our little business and we are so proud to work with them and ensure they are in safe work environment. It’s as local as it gets. We know you’ll love it too. We all know how serious & particular Ryan is about milk!

We will be open tomorrow from 8am-2:30pm with a brand new spring menu and of course our delicious Campos Coffee.
