The bar is not only gorgeous but so easy to transport and set up ... 09.01.2022 French Earl Grey Shortbreads I have perfected the recipe for these shortbreads containing my delicious French Earl Grey blend. Save this post and add it to your long weekend to bake list Disclaimer: these cookies are full of fat, sugar and gluten ... INGREDIENTS 2 cups self raising flour 2 TBSP of my FEG leaves 1/2t salt 3/4 cup sugar 1t vanilla extract 1 cup butter, room temp METHOD Preheat oven to 180 degrees Pulse flour, tea and salt in a food processor for a few minutes Add sugar, vanilla and butter to processor and pulse until a dough is formed Roll dough onto baking paper Cut using cookie cutter of your choice. I used a cute heart shape as pictured Bake for 12 minutes or until edges are just brown Enjoy @sociallaura_
