Freaking amazing!!! ************************* SOME EXAMPLES OF TREATMENTS WE DO: - Hip and glute work to increase mobility and height of kicks. This is because the kicks that we do work both of these areas lots!. We also do a very simple treatment for hips that are ‘out’ which we see often. Usually presenting as lower back pain! - Tight hamstring (back of thigh) and quad (front of thigh) work. After some work, we see awesome improvements in people’s movement and kicks ! - Adductors (muscles that sit on the inside of your thighs). These muscles stabilize us when we walk for example AND when we have to do turning kicks, back kicks, reverse turning kicks, tornados etc... (see the theme here ) - Neck, upper traps, levator scaps, lats. All upper body muscles that all connect in a particular way with our lower body muscles particularly in martial arts when we use our whole body to do a kick. We know the body’s functional lines well and will take this into account in treatments. - Pain in the shoulder, top of the arm or running down the arm and/or hand.
