Following the success of his previous tours, Tom has again hit the road over the 2020/21 summer, touring his music and Katherine Outback Experience horse and working dog show through WA, SA and NT. The In The West Tour commenced in December 2020 and will conclude in March 2021. The show includes: * 1 hour Outback Show of Horse training and working dog demonstrations including hands-on fun for the kids * 1.5 hours of live music by Tom Curtain, Chris Matthews and special guests. Every show and every venue is different. We generally recommend bringing chairs, however we do encourage guests to check event specific information including what you can bring, food, drinks and seating. 07.01.2022 - BOYUP BROOK UPDATE FOLLOWING COVID LOCKDOWNS - Hi All, We are excited to confirm that at the present time the Boyup Brook show on Friday 12 February will go... ahead as planned at 6:00pm Due to the COVID restrictions, we have made changes to our WA Tour schedule as outlined below. NEW TOUR SCHEDULE Due to the COVID lockdowns, we have had to make changes to our WA tour as outlined below: - Wednesday 10 February: Wagin 6:00pm (brought forward) - Thursday 11 February: Collie 6:00pm (rescheduled) - Friday 12 February: Boyup Brook 6:00pm (no change) - Saturday 13 February: Capel 4:00pm (rescheduled) - Sunday 14 February: Jerramungup 4:00pm (no change) We know there are some guests from the Peel/ Perth Region who are currently impacted by travel restrictions. We also know, some of the changes may better suit some guests who may wish to transfer to an alternative show. Below is everything you need to know about your options moving forward. HOW DO I TRANSFER MY TICKET TO ANOTHER EVENT? To transfer your ticket to another event, please email [email protected] with the following information: - The name the booking was made under (note if you booked using your Facebook account, please use your Facebook name if it is different to the name you go by) - The event you were book in for - The event you wish to change to To transfer tickets to another show, we have to transfer every individual ticket which means if you have four tickets, you will receive four separate emails each with one ticket attached (as opposed to one email with four tickets attached). I AM FROM THE PERTH/ PEEL REGION WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS? We understand that the Perth/ Peel Region is currently in lockdown until 12:01am Sunday morning 14 February leaving Jerramungup currently the only show you can get to. That said, with the ongoing daily zero community transmission cases, there is a slight glimmer of hope these restrictions may be lifted early (yes, we are optimists). These are your options: - Wait to see if restrictions lift early and if they don’t, request a full refund - Transfer to another show (see information above) - Request a full refund To request a refund, please email [email protected] with the following information: - The name the booking was made under (note if you booked using your Facebook account, please use your Facebook name if it is different to the name you go by) - The event you booked Please note, we will hold off processing refund requests until the day of the event to avoid additional administration work at our end should restrictions be relaxed earlier than anticipated. Regardless of whether restrictions are lifted early or not, guests will still be entitled to a full refund come Friday. ; Refunds may take up to ten business days to process from the date of the event. We are human and mistakes do occur/ emails get missed, so please contact us again after ten business days if you haven’t received your refund and we will sort it out for you. DO I NEED TO SECURE FREE TICKETS FOR KIDS FIVE YEARS AND UNDER? Yes please! Due to COVID restrictions on event numbers, we need to know exactly how many people have pre-booked tickets and how many tickets we have available on the door.
