02.01.2022 When you have an Allied Health and Wellness business and take on new challenges - like setting a big hairy audacious sales goal, the first thing that is pretty likely to happen is that events will conspire to keep us play the game at the same level. Our identities can sometimes sabotage us from having what we really want as we use various patterns of behaviour like sabotage, distraction and avoidance to keep us small and safe. Sometimes we are conscious and sometimes we are u...nconscious to this. Recognising this and being willing to confront our humanity and our identity is the first step to being able to achieve your new sales goals. This alone would have to be the BEST learning that I have EVER taken from the training and development I have participated and immersed in over many years simply because it means I get to be in the drivers’ seat, and not driven by fear.
