He shared about what it means to be free in Christ, and particularly about how to make wise and godly decisions. He challenged us to pray regularly God, please put me in the most effective place for you and for your glory and to think about where they need to choose the Jesus option in what they’re doing. Then some more good times on the lake and a fun night of ‘life-size’ board games #gapyear

17.01.2022 Last week we had our Old Testament exam and this Thursday we have our New Testament exam (we'd love your prayers!). Our Bridgies' results will go towards completing their Diploma of Theology. The Diploma provides a solid biblical foundation that gives competence and confidence in the Scriptures plus a greater understanding of cross-cultural mission. 08.01.2022 'Plan B' is what we affectionately call our week away - instead of our overseas mission trip. We’re thankful for safe travels to Forster, and kicked off our week away with a trivia night, complete with Disney/Pixar themed dress up! Many of us enjoyed a beautiful sunrise this morning and some time in the waves. We’re looking forward to all that lies ahead this week!

05.01.2022 We’re loving ‘Plan B’ and have had an awesome weekend. Each day we kick off with a time of devotions in the book of Colossians plus time in our prayer triplets. On Saturday we also had Michael Dasey come and speak. He encouraged us with four things we must do to help us thrive as Christians: 1. Engage our head, 2. Engage our heart, 3. Engage in prayer, 4. Engage in apologetics. He reminded us of the reality and wonder of Jesus’ resurrection and the glorious and inexpressibl...e joy that comes from following him. Then it was time for Surf School so good to be out in God’s beautiful creation. Saturday night was our ‘semi’ formal dinner formal up top and casual below! We also celebrated the Lord’s Supper together. Sunday afternoon was time to chill and hang out, plus do some paddleboarding. Then, after a beautiful sunset, we enjoyed a prayer and praise night where we enjoyed a couple of items and some prayer time. Even though we couldn’t go to Cambodia this year, it doesn’t mean we can’t pray for the country and its people. We also prayed for our own loved ones and that God would provide opportunities to share the gospel. #makeadifference #gapyear
