06.01.2022 BREASTFEEDING WORKSHOP// This workshop will cover: * hand expressing * maternal nutrition... * helpful inclusions into your hospital bag * the birth and the breast crawl * different breastfeeding positions * optimal latch and how to achieve it * what to do when the latch is painful * how to identify your babys getting enough milk * conditions that affect breastfeeding * when to pump * which bottles to use * sleeping and settling * navigating the advice (oh the advice!!)
