13.01.2022 HOLE IN THE WALL Geoff is finally getting his dream of having a ‘hole in the wall’ coffee shop As of tomorrow we will be taking orders and handing over coffees through a new window servery. We definitely encourage skipapp orders and continue contactless payments only. There is plenty of room to achieve appropriate social distancing along the front of our units, or if you are more comfy jump back in your car to wait. All other aspects will remain the same- loads of retail coffee for home, home brewing gear, biccies, banana loaf, bulk milks- just ask Geoff and Connor and they will sort you out.

03.01.2022 *Limited Release* We are currently roasting a special coffee from Edilberto Vergara in Huila, Colombia. For this microlot ripe cherries were exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation of 60hrs before being pulped, processed and dried. The outcome of this extended ferment is a clean, sweet cup with tasting notes of plum, cocoa and strawberries. We are only roasting this coffee for Filter brew methods. So if you have an aeropress, plunger or pour over brewer be sure to give this coffee a go- it’s delicious!
