As of Monday 23rd March, customers will be required to place a 50% deposit when booking an appointment at all times ~ currently this has only taken place when booking online. If you make an appointment via direct message, email or in store you will still receive an invoice via email with a link to an online payment portal. ~ Appointments filled by last minute cancellations are excluded when booked on the same day || We appreciate all your ongoing love & support

Another reminder while we remain trading, we are obviously taking all precautionary measures to ensure our work environment remains as hygienic and safe as possible. In this unprecedented time we do still ask if you do have any cold/flu like symptoms, have travelled recently or have been in close contact with anyone who has, contact us about... rescheduling your appointment. Small businesses need to remain vigilant in this unpredictable time and we are taking this advice day by day. If anything changes we will keep all our clients updated. Thank you to these incredible women for always putting so much passion, attention to detail and love into your positions. 11.01.2022 Restrictions have now been lifted. From June 1st 2020, the NSW government has lifted the restrictions on our industry. As per our normal trading hours ~ we will return to our salons on Tuesday the 2nd. Online bookings are now live and Appointments are able to be secured as usual. We are working through all of your messages and emails. Please remember all bookings are manageable through your confirmation email, if changes do need to be made. ... Myself and the TBC team are looking forward to resuming back to normal and to see all of your lovely faces in salon. Jess
