10.01.2022 <<<<< CALL OUT TO ARTISTS / CREATIVES>>>>> We are partitioning off some studio spaces in our charming old Brunswick warehouse. There is currently an open space,... 8m X 20m which we will be dividing up with 2m high walls. We will build the spaces to your requirements. There is good natural light from the skylight and train tram and bus within 100m. The studio's will be approx $22.50 per sqM per month. So a 4X4m studio would be aprox $360PM. The studios will be built to your requirements and they can be built within 2 weeks of your request. We are a diverse creative group already involved in various forms of art, music, woodwork, mechanics etc and would love to expand the community. We also have really nice shared facilities, kitchen/bathroom/lounge room.
