19.01.2022 Not every day is a good day. Honestly, some days I struggle. Some days I wonder how the hell I’m going to make it through. ... Truth is, it’s easy to forget how far you’ve come. You see, This wall is more than just a wall of transformations. To me, it’s a wall of inspiration. It’s a wall of lives that have been impacted for the better in some way, shape or form. Whenever I’m feeling down, or on those days when nothing around me looks like success, I’ll remind myself of these stories. I remind myself of WHY it is we do what we do. This wall showcases more than just a transformation. It’s a Mother who gained her energy back, has the strength to keep up with the kids and now feels like a positive role model to her children. It’s a Father who was told he was moments away from a heart attack, but is now off all medication and will live long enough to see his kids grow up. It’s an individual who went through a messy break up or divorce and got their confidence back to head out on the dating scene again. This wall reminds me that we’re not just ‘training’ an individual, we’re transforming their mind, body & LIFE for good. I want to thank all our clients, both online and face to face, and my friends and family for all their support . It’s you who remind me, that during the struggles, the impact is greater than I know .
