21.01.2022 Repping the new and exclusive ‘BTPT’ t-shirts. They honestly feel so comfortable, both for gym and out in public. I’ve been feeling really strong in the gym lately. Only started performing sumo’s about a month ago, and I can already feel the benefits. Yes, form isn’t on point, but it’s a work in progress. Here I’m hitting 130kg for 5 reps and 3 sets. Felt good, but I know I can do better. Remember, if you start today, you’ll progress tomorrow #btpt #begintodayprogresstomorrow #training #fitness #personaltrainer
