They were able to invest their grant funds into start up software programs to help them expand their new business, allowing them to support even more local children in need. Thanks to the Sunshine Coast Antique Car Club. We are showcasing one of their beautiful vehicles and the outstanding work they do to keep them in pristine condition, during the season of The Great Gatsby. The one the ladies are in, is a 1913 model.The production will be staged in the BUDERIM WAR MEMORIAL HALL, the hall was formerly The School of Arts building, which was constructed in the 1920s. 20.01.2022 Buderim Foundation Grants Committee Chair, Rebecca Ramsay said the Foundation was delighted to once again provide a record level of grants to community organisations supporting the 4556 postcode area, especially in this very challenging year. The grants come from earnings made from the Foundation’s investment fund, so it is thanks to everyone’s donations and the hard work of our Investment Committee, that we are able to deliver the much-needed funding, Rebecca said. 20.01.2022 This year is the 13th year grants have been distributed. Since 2008, a total of $636,942 has been distributed to 82 community organisations supporting the 4556 postcode area. These grants will make a big difference to the lives of many in our community enabling the purchase of much-needed, and in some cases, life-saving equipment; and financing vital upgrades to infrastructure.

Since its launch in 2004, the Foundation has awarded grants worth $551,920 to 80 community organisations in the 4556 postcode area and distributed $165,950 worth of Back-to-School vouchers a benefit of nearly $718,000 to the Buderim community.
