This little chap was waiting at the door of the Studio this morning. He hopped onto my hand and settled in for a pat before going on the hunt for some breakfast

11.01.2022 They have arrived!! Very excited to have received our shipment of personalised Pilates straps from MyStraps yesterday!! Check out the colours and patterns, amazing! Now you can have your very own pair of straps to bring to class, knowing that they are for your hands and feet only! And they come with a nifty carry bag for safe keeping. Better still, they are wonderfully padded and comfortable. The blue ones might be my favourite, and I may have to keep them for myself
