08.01.2022 Meet our resident pizza guru, Abdul! Abdul began his training as a Napoli Pizza Chef in 2012 at Criniti’s where he learnt the ins and outs of pizza making, including 1/2m and 1m pizzas. He then started working at The Fiddler where he was cross-trained as both a cook and pizza chef. Abdul joined The Buena team in March 2019 as a cook and worked his way up to being our stellar Head Pizza Chef, where he now makes all of your favourite handmade wood-fired pizzas!
