23.01.2022 Dear Bump family as you know we are trying to keep as many services going as possible and to that end Ruth and Melanie are going to take over the pool,TENS and breastpump hire services. We plan to start that up this week Hopefully this will mean that nobody will be left in the lurch when the Bump WA closes To begin with we will run through a Facebook page until we get our website sorted ... I am now going to ask for help . Are there any of you happy to share your pictu...res for our new Facebook page? We would love to have images of our past and present clients .. pictures of your babies and partners .. pictures you would be happy to share . If you think you can help please send them in a message We are so heartbroken that the Bump WA will be no more , but hope to be able to continue to provide a service with the same desire to see folk navigate the transistion to confident parenthood with compassion and kindness xx

13.01.2022 One last farewell picture from the staff . Nearly all of us got together on Friday 1st June for a lunch date . I just wanted to say a HUGE HUGE HUGE thank you to an amazing bunch. To Ruth McIntosh, Nancy Peters Melanie Gregory Marylou Clark, Cherith Graham,Chris Cooper, Laura Robertson Kate BuchananJeanette ,sue ( wherever she is ) and not forgetting our fantastic accountant, Ronald the patient AND the wonderful Chona who has been our cleaner for years ..she never complained... about the mess I made on a Friday and is always so cheerful.This is not forgetting all the other wonderful people who have worked for us over the years .. Lisa Coriander Pip Brennan Debbie Corrie Andrew Holly Jones, Linda Rawlings , Tracy ReibelKatie,Danielle Meg, Michelle, Mark, Naomi.,Adele , Sue ....and others who may have slipped my mind .You have all made the organisation a terrific place of work, been wonderful colleagues and all your daily acts of kindness are what made CMWA and the Bump the unique place it was . ..and not finally, all the various board members over the years that made stuff happen , thank you . 12.01.2022 In partnership with Onesies & Co Portrait Photography we can start our first course on Thursday 26th July Email [email protected] to book a place. Cost... is $250 per couple and those that book will get 10% discount from one hired item , eg TENS , birth pool, breast pump. Classes will be held in Port Coogee and run for 6 weeks 7-9pm on Thursday evenings . One evening will be dedicated breastfeeding information session . See more

10.01.2022 So this is GOODBYE The office will close at 4pm this afternoon (Thursday 31st May ) . We are then officially closed although there will be a staff member at the office tomorrow morning for those returning books and equipment that is still out on loan ... she may even offer you a cup of tea if you are lucky . The office will not be staffed after midday, so if you are intending to return goods please come before then . Cheerio xxx

There are so many of you that we want to thank for hanging out with us for the last few years . We wish you all the very best as you hop,skip, trudge, laugh and cry through your parenting adventure ..thank you for letting us be a tiny tiny bit of it at the very start .
