24.01.2022 2021 Goals. We like to make this public for fans because not everyone knows how much goes on behind the scenes of our burger joint. 1. Survive lol Covid made 2020 tough and we scraped through and it's still around so goal numero uno is still open this time next year.... 2. Do more Masterclasses and not just mincing ones, we'd love to do Fried Chicken classes, pickles or anything else. 3. Go HARDCORE on customer loyalty - with our app we'll be able to see top customers and reward them not just with burgers! 4. Content galore! Ramp up more recipe how to's, Behind the Scenes and get the conversation rolling with fans. 5. Do a burger special collab with a Celeb 6. Revamp the menu a lot more 7. BH #3 - this is the big one and only possible if quality through service and food doesn't drop. We hope 2021 is a great one for our whole team and for you. 15.01.2022 These were our 2020 resolutions as a business so how'd we go? - 1. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED 2. We got it going - check our website! 3. We just scraped by that's now, live check your app store!... 4. As far as we know there's still only 1 person with the logo tattooed - he earned a year of burgers will the real fan please stand up 5. Fuck Covid 6. We ticked a stack off but still a long way to go 7. We didn't get it open BUT we did get a lease signed and the fit-out underway so kinda We made our goals public to our fans for accountability and to give you an insight into the biz. We aim to be the people's restaurant and part of that is becoming what our fans need and want. None of this is possible without die-hard fans and when the going gets tough it remembering what we mean to you guys that helps to keep us motivated. 2021 is the year of the Burger Head fan.
