These photos will ...be used online for advertising purposes on the #website , booking.com, Expedia and Trip advisor I was absolutely amazed by how much work that has gone into the rooms, restaurant and the grounds! The rooms are incredibly pristine and coloured co-ordinated perfectly! Thank you to Trudy Eddy and Malissa Watego for the fantastic work they did for the photoshoot and for having the rooms perfectly spotless at such short notice! 21.01.2022 Some new signs and brochures for the motel to freshen up the place.

21.01.2022 As you all know, the current COVID-19 outbreak is having a huge impact on the tourism and accommodation industries. So far we have received over 150 cancellations this week, starting from last minute cancellations all the way through to October bookings. Another family business that my son manages in Sydney (Travel Sphere @travelspherepenrith) has pretty much closed its doors indefinitely and is now only operational to ensure that all the holiday makers return home safely.... As the situation continues to unfold, new travel restrictions are imposed everyday making it a very difficult time for small businesses including but not limiting to sectors such as Accomodation, Travel, Retail, Entertainment, Sports etc etc. While both Federal and State Governments are announcing different measures and banks are offering a number of support options, keeping our businesses afloat will be very challenging during this time. As a business owner, my priority is to ensure the health and safety of our staff and customers. While we have always maintained strict hygiene practices and cleanliness standards in our motel, we have increased the orders of sanitisers, disinfectants, essential supplies and toilet paper to ensure that continuity. In the last week, we've noticed that despite travel restrictions, there is still a large numbers of travellers that need a break on the road, whether its families trying to return to their homes from a holiday, workers completing projects or contractors in public service. We assure that Byer will continue to provide that clean, affordable accomodation throughout this period to those travellers who need our services. Stay safe, support one another and let's continue to run our businesses as best as we can till we come out on the other end. And come out we will, as we always do, whether it's drought or fires, flood or viral outbreaks!

20.01.2022 So the awards have started flowing in again. Byer continues to remain the Booking. Com Winner for 2018 and "Loved by Guests Award" Winner from Expedia for 2019. We sincerely thank all our guests for their continued loyalty and patronage. Look forward to seeing you all in the near future

07.01.2022 Keeping in line with the current social distancing instructions from the Government, we are minimising face to face contact with our customers. However, we are still welcoming guests into our motel and arranging requests for accommodation without having to check-in via Reception.
