25.01.2022 I love, love, love Nina Kingford-Smiths recipe for Spicy Savory seed sprinkle. I use it on so many things and its a great way to increase your nutrients in a meal. Sprinkle on avocado and sourdough toast. Sprinkle of eggs. Sprinkle into your stir fry right before you eat.... Sprinkle it through sticky rice when you make sushi. Use it as a crust on fish and steak. Or eat is as a snack on its own. Ladies its high in phytoestrogen, high in calcium, protein, essential healthy fats and flavour. I tend to add the extra kick of chilli but you can leave it out. It stores great in a glass airtight jar in the pantry. Give it a go! 13.01.2022 One of my passions is to change how we talk about menopause. When we first get our period, the language is very powerful. >You are a woman now! You feel like you have finally been accepted into the club... Then, when you are moving towards menopause what to you hear? Crickets! You feel like you have been kicked out... But Why? Why is the language of menopause from a young age so different? >The dreaded change >Life is over Is it because the understanding isnt there? Or because the help isnt there? So many women that finally make the decision to see me after being through the medical wringer. Seeing person after person trying to get answers, hoping they will truly listen, only to be told > Thats part of being a woman geez if I had a dollar... right! The truth is you are changing. Yep its going to happen, but you are going to be ok! You are growing into a space of knowledge and power. That is going to take some adjustment, but I am here to help you every step of the way.
13.01.2022 Self improvement is great. Wanting to learn, grow and get a better handle on things is admirable. However it can be exhausting.. Especially if you keep moving the goal posts and not celebrating what you have already achieved. ... So I challenge you to take a moment today with your favourite cup of tea. Grab a pen and paper and write what you have achieved, learnt, survived so far this year. Its been a hell of a year for some of you, so finding these moments may be harder, but it will be worth it. You will learn just how amazing you are.
