23.01.2022 Golly! You go away for a few weeks and come back to over 1000 likes! Thank you to all who have liked and followed my page, particularly my many fabulous clients who always say the nicest things about my cakes and recommend me to their family and friends. You guys make this challenging job worthwhile. Yes, I am still taking a break in 2020, but I will be back in 2021! If you are hoping to book a wedding cake for 2021, I am happy to consult with you and will still be accepting orders for beyond 2020.

With our nest almost empty, the hubby and I have made the decision to sell up and build a new home, so I have decided that it will be best to put The Cake Connection on pause during 2020. I would like to thank all of my lovely customers for their support of my small business over the past few years. I have enjoyed making your special occasion cakes and seeing all the photos you send me with your smiling faces. ... I hope to be back in 2021 with my new cake studio, to make you more delicious cakes, and even better, to offer lessons to anyone interested in learning some decorating skills. To anyone who has placed an order for 2020, be assured that I will still be here to make your cake.
