I have worked hard writing, recording , editing and doing up this album cover...my main message being that meditation doesn’t have to be long, boring or even hard... when we find ourselves in ‘difficult’ situations sometimes we just need to find the humour in life.. these tracks give you permission to let loose, breathe a little, dance a little.. and then... compose yourself.. Voice, music and nature.. it can’t get any better than this!
