Mark, Chloe, Karen and Andrea have a combined 30 years of experience with us here at The Capricornian and have supported numerous customers and their families during that time. ... The team all agreed that their favourite part of the job is relationship building with our members and helping them to achieve their financial goals. Mark recalls helping a single father and his 4 children purchase their first home. This member came to me 8 months before hand he asked what he would need to do to purchase a home. We sat down and discussed what he would require and then set him up with a savings plan. There have been numerous memorable moments that have taken place at the branch, as there have been so many over the years. One of my most memorable moments was when I helped one our members, stranded on the road a long way from any branches. They lost their card and had no access to their funds.
