05.01.2022 I think most of these points are valid, but theres always a debate around whether providing a range or a single figure is best when responding to What salary are you after?. If you give a range, logically, the employer will move towards the bottom. If you give a single figure, in the midpoint range of your expectations, I believe theres more wiggle room when it comes to negotiations. What do you think?
