23.01.2022 Finding the calm even in a busy city like Paris. I’ve been reminiscing of all my past holidays and remembering all the incredible places I’ve visited. Paris for 24 hours with my little sis, meeting an intuitive healer in Hawaii, Vegas for my other sisters wedding, NYC with a soul sister, Tassie with my oldest friends... so many places, too many to list... I know we can’t physically get there, but I can certainly travel in my mind, my memories, my photos, & through catch...ups with friends and family all over the world.. 13.01.2022 Me looking my intention right in the eye. This Spring New Moon Energy has been going deep with what it is I’m opening myself up to this month. I’ve asked my cards, looked at my yearly intentions and for this next lunar cycle I’m going all in!... My intention becomes a part of my daily practice, meditation, cacao, yoga. Anytime until the next new moon, I’m centering or grounding myself I’m repeating this intention over + over. If I can’t sleep I’m saying this intention to my heart. 08.01.2022 for me is walking barefoot on the grass, on the sand, as many places as I can. It’s about stretching my toes out with each step. It’s cleaning out what I’ve collected or stuck from the cooler months, inside and out! Inside my mind + heart and my surroundings. Opening all the doors and windows, cleansing my room with sandalwood and benzoin. It’s sparking joy out all of my belongings and removing those things that just don’t belong here anymore.... It’s shopping at the markets, falling back in love with cooking colourful, healthy foods, entertaining friends and family... ‘’ ! It’s breathing new life into my heart and my body and my environment!
