Cashew milk is super easy to make yourself at home, and you know can make it the night before so your morning coffee has a fresh batch waiting for you! Follow these four steps and you cant go wrong: Soak 1 cup of cashews overnight, then drain and rinse Add the cashews and 4 cups of water (plus any sweeteners) to a high-powered blender Blend on high for a minute... The raw shells contain caustic substances that are toxic if ingested and can cause rashes or burns if it makes contact with the skin!
