18.01.2022 I've been thinking more and more about what I'm feeling could be considered: The Reverse Engineering of Trauma Healing. Meaning, rather than focusing on past ex...perience and all its nastiness and hurt, all the poison and the pain, to INSTEAD put the focus on the current moment and building up the internal capacity that is within, so that the system that got shut down, terrorized, silenced, and abused can start to enliven and restore as a starting step. AND THEN, when we get more of this capacity on board, and we are more masterful in feeling the internal experiences without added fear and strain, then those old scars and hurts can rearrange and heal. Not from a place of survival and added stress, but from a place ease, flow, and mastery.
