24.01.2022 Bowelscan testing kits are back for 2020 and still only $20.00, easy to use and include testing by approved pathologists as well as notification of results. They are simple and non-invasive and require no food or medication restrictions. Simply collect a brushing of the sample, return the kit in the reply paid envelope included with the kit, and a letter of results will be sent to you and your GP.

21.01.2022 IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE REGARDING OUR SERVICE AND COVID-19 Our store has hygiene practices that are strictly adhered to everyday, but since the onset of the Coronavirus, we have put in place additional steps to keep team members and customers safe. These include the removal of all testers, increasing the frequency of hand sanitisation and increased cleaning of key areas within the store including the pharmacy dispensary, counters, checkouts and pin pads. In an attempt to re...duce the spread of COVID-19 and protect our staff and customers we are making some changes to the way we work. From Monday 23 March we will be; Splitting our staff into 2 teams that do not meet or mix. This is done to ensure continuity of critical service to our customers. We will be encouraging customers to wait outside the pharmacy to adhere to the new social distancing rules. We will be removing all pens from the front counter (no prescription signing). We will be limiting the sale of certain products. We will be ceasing Justice of the Peace Service until further notice. We will be encouraging customers to pay by Tap and Go to reduce cash handling. We will still deliver to customers who genuinely need the service however will be reducing face to face contact during deliveries. We have established a Pay in Advance delivery service via our MedAdvisor App. This service can be used for express pickup of prescription medication in store. (conditions apply) We aim to continue to give customers the most up to date information. In an attempt to source hand sanitiser, we found a supplier that is selling 180ml bottles for $20 + GST. thats cost the the pharmacy. (thats over $122/L cost) Do we buy it, put a reasonable markup and risk being shamed on social media, mainstream media and abused in store or do we refuse to stock it?... Your thoughts?
