18.01.2022 BREAKING NEWS: It's still safe to keep active despite gym closures. Our Head Coach Jodie will be running Outdoor Training Sessions @ Richmond Oval during GYM Closures while adhering to COVID-19 government safety protocol. As you are aware gyms are closed for the un- forseeable future.... However outdoor training is still allowed to go ahead. What we don't want to be doing right now is neglecting our health and fitness and stop moving. TCM aim to do our best in accomodating the needs of new and existing clients that still wish to train. Our biggest focus for the time being should be to maintain Health, Movement, and Sanity. 11.01.2022 Checkout this video where we took some of our April 2020 Cushing Stress & Overthinking Mind graduates out for a fun cold water challenge so they could put into practice what they had learn't. Outside temps were 8C and the water was not far from 0C. In the course they learn't how to take back control of the mind and body, how to remove stress, experience the health benefits of cold showers and on this day were able to maintain complete control activating the body's internal temperature regulator and sustain cold exposure for over 5 min.
