25.01.2022 This was posted by a dear friend of ours, and I feel offers a well worded explanation of our situation, alongside all businesses currently. Our re-opening plans will be published in the next few days once we have ironed out our covid-19 hygiene plan, and revised our menu. We don't want changes either, however we all have a 'new normal' to work with and I promise we will do our best to offer as much as we can of the things you have enjoyed to date.

16.01.2022 well, some wonderful news just in; Stage 2 lifting of restrictions are being brought forward to this Friday at 3pm which means more people allowed to be seated in the cafe!!!!

14.01.2022 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCMENT!!! We are re-opening this coming Friday, 5th June, from 9am. Things are going to be a little different for a while and we take this opportunity to thank you for your patience, your understanding, and most importantly your support.... The team has been working hard on our COVID-Safe program, so you can rest assured that when you visit we will have made everything as clean and safe as possible. Please understand our menu is not as 'full' as pre-covid. We have had to make some hard decisions about how we are going to manage the business, however Chef is confident there will still be something for everyone... and of course the coffee is still great!!! Trading times: Monday and Tuesday - Closed Wednesday to Sunday - 9am til 3.30pm Bookings are recommended given our limit of 10 people at a time.

05.01.2022 A quick update on the our plans... As you all know, the regulations are changing by the day. It has been advised that Stage One of the rollback of restrictions allows cafes and restaurants to partially re-open as of Monday 18th May. ...we are, however, staying closed for a little while longer...... We are still working through COVID-19 Hygiene requirements and training to make sure we are in the best possible position to keep our team, and you our valued friends as safe as possible when you visit. As you can see in the picture, the lights are still on, it's just we aren't home just yet... So thank you for your patience and understanding, and we will advise a start date as soon as we can.
