23.01.2022 It’s a busy day for Paul and I packing for the Mulgowie Markets tomorrow. Our animals have other ideas. The market runs from 8-11am. It’s one of our favourite markets. If you would like fresh veggies then come for a drive the brekky burger and pressed juice is amazing too.

20.01.2022 This doesn’t look very exciting but it’s going to be awesome. We will keep you posted just waiting for Paul to get home and we will open it. Another huge step in streamlining our business to take pressure off Deb. Looking into a seeding machine as well. Not too sure about that one yet. They all look too hard.

20.01.2022 We have an extremely hot week coming up. We are all feeling it already. Herby and Aussie aren’t coping too well either. Lots of watering this week. Thank you to all our amazing customers who visited us yesterday at the Toowoomba Farmers Market. We will be back in two weeks. We have Mulgowie market next Saturday from 8-11am.

19.01.2022 Going to be a great day for it

16.01.2022 It’s going to be one hot summer.

15.01.2022 We will be at the Mulgowie Markets this Saturday with all our fresh potted herbs and greens. Pauls been madly making timber products in the shed. Come for brekky or morning tea we have awesome stalls selling lots of delicious treats. We are open from 8-11am.

15.01.2022 Paul will be at the Toowoomba Farmers Market tomorrow from 7-12noon. We are splitting up tomorrow to conquer the heat. I’m home all day watering keeping on top of what’s suppose to be a really hot day. Toowoomba is at least ten degrees cooler than where we live. If you haven’t been before go for a drive. The market has a huge amount of very clever farmers, artisans, makers and bakers. It’s only six weeks till Christmas that’s gone very fast. Have a great weekend everyone. Stay cool!

15.01.2022 There is no waste on our farm. The mint plants are trimmed and given to Aussie or the chickens.

14.01.2022 We will be at the Toowoomba Farmers Market again this Saturday. The market hours are from 7-12noon. Queens Park still has the beautiful flower beds to see. Come for a drive there are so many awesome places to visit in Toowoomba. Have a great week everyone we are half way there again. The heat over the last couple of days has been crazy.

13.01.2022 Some awesome photos from one of our Mulgowie Markets. It’s such a beautiful place for our market and the Community is very special!

13.01.2022 We are so excited and grateful we have a new fruit shop selling our herbs. Camp Hill Fruit Bowl has lots of our small and large herbs for sale. Thank you to the customers who bought them over the last week. We really appreciate your help. Being a small family business is hard work. But we truly love it.

13.01.2022 Heaps of seeding done yesterday. Another twenty trays which is 35 varieties. 200 holes in every tray and all done manually by Deb. Half of them new varieties. I can’t wait to see them come up. Paul madly potted yesterday. Another day of potting and seeding tomorrow. No machines in our business just us!

12.01.2022 We are attending the Friday micro market at the The Soul Nook Collective tomorrow morning from 9-11am. We will have all our herbs and a few of our timber products. We visited last week it’s so cute with lots of yummy treats. Pop down for a visit and buy fresh locally grown veggies, home made cakes and a coffee from the store. It’s a really relaxing spot to sit with a cuppa.

10.01.2022 Oh my gosh it’s so dry. All our big trees are really stressing this year as normally by now we’ve had rain of some sorts to bring them back. Hopefully we get some rain soon. Aussies not coping either. He’s actually lying down. We bought him lucerne yesterday. He loved it. Frogs are literally everywhere this little one was in the patch this morning. A customer years ago said if we have frogs it means our farm is healthy. We don’t use any chemicals on our farm. Have a great day everyone. We are off on our herb run again through Brisbane.

09.01.2022 Off on our herb run through Brisbane today. Lots of fresh potted herbs and greens. 09.01.2022 We just wanted to let all our customers from the Toowoomba Farmers Market know we will be at another market this weekend. We will be back in Toowoomba on Saturday the 10 October. This little frog was in the patch this morning let’s hope he brings rain with him everything’s so dry. Have a great week everyone we’ve been busy this week potting and seeding lots of new varieties of herbs, edible flowers and greens.

07.01.2022 We are set up at the Toowoomba Farmers Market this morning. Our herbs look amazing even though the weather is warm. Herbs love the sun. Keep water up to them but so they are in a well drained spot in the garden. If you are growing them in pots liquid fertilise them once a month. Cow manure in your veggie garden is amazing and a covering with sugar cane mulch will help to keep moisture at a consistency through Summer. Have a great day everyone. Stay cool.

06.01.2022 We will be at the Toowoomba Farmers Market tomorrow from 7-12noon with all our potted herbs and edible flowers. Paul is in the shed creating more timber products. It’s really exciting as stone fruit is starting to appear at the market. Our favourite time of year. The market also has lots of farmers, artisans and creative people who have made unique things. Ideal Christmas presents. Come for a drive Toowoomba is cooler the weather is perfect this weekend.

02.01.2022 This is the storm that came through yesterday afternoon. Only pea sized hail. Paul had been potting 1400 pots of herbs all day. It’s so nice to see the rain. We hope no one got any damage.

02.01.2022 We will have lemon thyme, Mexican tarragon, golden oregano, lime balm, herb Robert, cat thyme and curry bush at the Mulgowie Markets tomorrow morning. We’ve had lots of customers asking for lemon thyme over the last several months. I finally propagated it and they are ready to go.

02.01.2022 We have a beautiful lady who we talk to on our herb run every week. She just gave us the most gorgeous gift. Giving someone a special gift makes them smile. They are really amazing.

02.01.2022 Our water feature is just beautiful. Small flowers are popping every day and it’s the first thing we see heading down our back steps. Next week we are off to get some goldfish. Small green frogs are appearing everywhere.

01.01.2022 We have Willy wagtails nesting in our hot house. Somehow they made a nest on a piece of rio close to the roof. It’s very hot in there but the Dad and Mum have sat and hatched three babies. They are super cute. We are very lucky to live here. So many beautiful things happen every day. Maybe we should write a book
