21.01.2022 The Chilli Spot has got the Lot! A well designed and comfortable 3 x 1.5 house with plenty of parking out the front for cars boats and toys!! This comfy home is nestled on a quiet local friendly street and wont disappoint! ... It is so close to the town center you need not bother to get in your car! Close to the Boardwalk, parks, beaches, shops, bakeries, great restaurants, wine bar, pubs, boutique, or just nip in and grab a great coffee. 5 mins walk to town or to the beach! This newly-redecorated, modern home is perfect for your next family holiday Down South. Enclosed back yard makes it safe for small children. Whilst the older ones can enjoy the quiet street location on their bikes and skateboards and spend their time exploring the great beach locations, boat ramps, parks, and the town itself. Mum and Dad can relax with 2 living areas both with their dvd's and new flat screens. 600m from the town center. 700m from the beach. 2 toilets. 1 bathroom (shower & bath tub).
